    DESCRIPTION

     IZOMETÒ ARM is a polymer modified cement based repair mortar used for finish coat of the repaired old or new concrete surfaces. It can be used  for millimeter thickness applications.

     IZOMETÒ ARM is used as a finish coat on IZOMETÒ BRM repair mortar, where repair and/or improvement of concrete properties are required such as defective, dusty, porous etc. concrete surfaces.

     IZOMETÒ ARM is a two component system which is factory weighed an packaged  so ready for site usage.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

·       MIXING COMPONENTS

     IZOMETÒ ARM is a two component material and supplied in pre-weighed packs in exact proportions. Slowly add Part A to Part B while stirring. If possible mix all the components with a mechanical mixer until a uniform consistency is achieved.

 

·       APPLICATION

     IZOMETÒ ARM can be directly applied over previously applied IZOMETÒ BRM repair mortar without using any primer material such as IZOMETÒ HOLD. The mixture can be applied with trowel or plasterer’s float.

 

    CONSUMPTION

     IZOMET® ARM is supplied  in 58 kg pre-weighed packages (50 kg Part B + 8 kg Part A). Usage is about 1,5 kg/m² and gives approximately 1 mm thickness.

 

    STORAGE

     All materials should be kept  in their tightly closed own packs. Under these conditions shelf life is minimum 12 months at normal temperatures and humidity conditions.

 

    CAUTION

     Concrete surfaces must be at least 28 days old.

     Substrate temperature must be between +5 - 30°C

     Both two components should be kept away from mouth, eyes, foods and beverages.

     Empty tins must not be used even cleaned by suitable methods.

     Because of materials high pH (pH 11-12) value, during application or handling wear gloves or barrier creams. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes.

     In case of contact with skin immediately clean with warm water and soap.

     Do not use below 5°C and/or above 90% humidity.

     No other materials should be added.
